About Mark
With over a decade of dedicated experience in Early Years education, I've had the privilege of teaching in more than 20 schools across Liverpool, spanning both short-term and long-term engagements. My specialisation in Early Years has allowed me to carefully curate elements from various Phonics programs, creating a unique and comprehensive approach designed to yield optimal results for preschool children.
My commitment to providing an outstanding Phonics experience is underscored by my ability to adapt and connect with diverse educational settings. Whether in short-term roles or during extended tenures, I've consistently demonstrated an adaptable and effective teaching style that resonates with students.
Beyond Liverpool, my passion for education has taken me to international shores. I've had the enriching experience of teaching in Uganda, India, China, and New Zealand. These global encounters have not only broadened my perspective but have also equipped me with invaluable insights into different educational landscapes.
In addition to my extensive experience, my approach to Phonics is a synthesis of proven methodologies, carefully selected to maximise positive outcomes for Early Reading. The amalgamation of these elements has resulted in a program that is not only innovative but has also showcased tangible success stories and improvements in literacy rates among the children I've had the privilege of teaching.
